Casino credit gives you the ability to obtain funds for gaming purposes without the need to carry cash 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Any Casino Credit extended can only be used for gaming purposes. Momentum Players Card must be used when playing with Casino Credit. Casino Credit may not be used for sports wagering.

What is Casino Credit?

Casino credit is an interest free credit line provided as a convenience to ilani’s guests.

Once established, you can access your credit line for table games and slot play. You will be required to promptly pay back any credit extended.

You are getting an advance with no fees or interest, unlike a credit card.

Minimize Your Risk

Casino Credit can allow you to carry less cash and avoid loss or theft. It is safer and easier than carrying a large sum of money.

Casino credit is not a consumer loan paid back over an extended period.

What is Front Money?

Front Money refers to when a guest prefers the casino to hold onto their gaming bankroll on deposit. Benefits include no transaction fees, no per day draw limits up to the amount on deposit, ability to enter and exit casino without cash on person. A guest can wire ilani, deposit a check or cash, or put chips on hold. A guest can then access this money via markers. Front Money is not credit.

Establishing a Line of Credit

To establish a line of credit, present your ilani Momentum card and fill out a Credit Application. An ilani Credit Application can be obtained from Player Services, or online here. Please have the following ready for your application:

Social Security Number
Valid government-issued ID (driver’s license or passport)
Employment information
Banking information
Cancelled check

After Application Submission

ilani will check your credit rating with a credit bureau (Experian, Equifax or TransUnion) as well as Central Credit, LLC, a credit database and clearinghouse company utilized by the casino industry. The credit check may show on your credit report as an inquiry and may impact your credit score. The amount of your Casino Credit line will be dependent upon your credit history, average available cash in your checking account, and other assets.

Application Approval

ilani‘s Credit Department will notify you of your application decision. Once approved, your line of credit will remain active so long as it is used at least once a year. If a line of credit is not used for a year or more, the account will become inactive and a new Credit Application must be completed to use Casino Credit again.

Using Your Casino Credit

Table Games Players

To access your line of credit, you will request a marker from the dealer and the amount you would like to receive. A marker is a type of printed check, drawn against your bank account. If the amount requested is available within your credit limit and approved, a Supervisor will present the marker and request form for your signature. Once complete, the dealer will provide you with gaming chips for the amount requested.

Once chips are released, you owe ilani the amount of money signed for.

You can take out multiple markers in a single visit, but the amount borrowed cannot exceed your line of credit.

Slot Machine Players

To access your line of credit, visit Player Services to request a marker for the amount of cash desired. If the amount requested is available within your credit limit and approved, the cashier will provide you with the printed check, known as a marker, present the marker and the request form for your signature. Once signed, the cashier will provide you with cash in the amount requested.

Once the cash is released, you owe ilani the amount of money signed for.

IMPORTANT: Any marker executed is a legal instrument, and it will be presented to your bank for payment if it has not been settled before the deposit date.

What Happens if I Win?

Markers must be paid to ilani prior to leaving in the event that you win. Visit Player Services and inform them you have an outstanding marker you would like to pay. Payment can be taken in chips or cash, or cash equivalents such as personal check, certified checks, cashier’s checks, money orders, traveler’s checks or by wire transfer.

What Happens if I Lose and Can't Pay Before I Leave?

Markers must be paid to ilani within a limited amount of time, based on the amount borrowed. Marker repayment is determined by the following:

Amount Owed	Time Allowed
$1,000 or less	7 Calendar Days
$1,001 - $5,000	14 Calendar Days
$5,001 - $10,000	28 Calendar Days
More than $10,000	45 Calendar Days

Failure to Pay

ilani will present the marker you signed to your bank for payment from your checking account. If you do not have available funds to cover debt owed, ilani can secure a civil judgement against you and pursue your assets and wages.

Casino Credit Should Not be Abused

Please be careful using casino credit and treat it with respect. Do not overuse or abuse it; you are playing with real money. You will have to consider any credit part of your bankroll, but do not make it your only bankroll. Make sure the funds in your bank account remain adequate to pay off any markers. Good money management is always critical when you play, but it’s magnified greatly when you play on credit.

Your credit is provided via a Marker, which is a counter check against your casino credit line that will be repaid with funds from your checking account. A Marker is a cash equivalent asset that can be used in exchange for gaming chips.
